We understand choosing support can be difficult and often overwhelming. We are here to offer advice and guidance to choose the best suited support for you or your loved one.
We have put together the steps you can expect when arranging support with us.

The first step is to contact us. This can be done in a number of ways, such as by filling in our online form, emailing us or by telephone.

Based on the support needs you identified during our initial contact, we will provide a quote. Our services typically start at £21 per hour. We will also discuss with you whether we can accommodate the needs you have expressed, if we are unable to fully meet your requirements, such as personal care, we are more than happy to help arrange alternative support.

If you are happy to proceed, we will arrange a time for one of our experienced team members to come and visit you in your home. This gives you a chance to ask any further questions. We will go through a few bits of paperwork with you and conduct a risk assessment of the property.

Once your visits commence, you are not locked into any contract. You can cancel visits at any time; all we ask is for 48 hours’ notice.
